Writing a rejection business proposal politely can be sometimes the hardest part of a business or individual. But, writing in a polite manner can often have a good relationship with the clients in the future. Every business, submit business proposals to clients for various reasons and when the client is filled with good proposals, they wish to move to the one they liked.

Most of the rejections are made by eCommerce, advertising agencies, brand products, banks, mortgage companies. While making a rejection one should never say "NO" in the starting phase of the email, it’s good to properly wish and thanking for the proposal and then the next paragraph mentions, the points you liked and points disliked for rejecting the proposal.
