Rejecting A Business Proposal Politely Email Sample

Writing a rejection business proposal politely can be sometimes the hardest part of a business or individual. But, writing in a polite manner can often have a good relationship with the clients in the future. Every business, submit business proposals to clients for various reasons and when the client is filled with good proposals, they wish to move to the one they liked.

Most of the rejections are made by eCommerce, advertising agencies, brand products, banks, mortgage companies. While making a rejection one should never say "NO" in the starting phase of the email, it’s good to properly wish and thanking for the proposal and then the next paragraph mentions, the points you liked and points disliked for rejecting the proposal.

In most of the cases, when you reply to the proposals for rejection, you mostly would like to add a sentence saying "the head of department has rejected the proposal for so and so reason" this would be fine sometimes but not always.

How To Reject A Business Proposal Politely Sample

Hi Jerry,

Thank you for your interest in .........bank. We have gone though your loan request and had few minor issues with the documentation. I would like to say that the loan request has been rejected by the bank authorities, as the documentation doesn't stand out to provide all the required information.

Your credit card statements have shown the delay payment and credit score is not up to the mark. I hope once the credit score is up, you will have better  chances to get the loan approval. It’s just not with you, but plenty of customers were rejected due to the same issue. Hence, I suggest you quickly increase the credit score and then reapply in 6 months.

We have never a issue to provide loans to any of our customers, but your loan application didn't comply with our bank policies.

Thanks

I have gone through the proposal and i see that your a new recruiting agency with a good number of services to offer for clients and consultants.

We were really happy to hear from you, we really tried hard to associate with your agency, but the our company policy says to work only with placement agencies that were established over 2+ years. I see that you just have finished 1 years in the staffing and recruiting business. Hence, we request you to submit the proposal after 2 years and will be really happy to work with your company.

For now we have a sorry from our end.

Thanks
